The 'On-Set' Film & TV Acting Course (Level 2)

Course Details

Our 'On-Set' Film & TV Acting Course (Level 2) is ideal for teenagers and adults who want to continue to refine their acting techniques and take their characters to the next level in a 'mock-on-set' environment with a film camera and movie set. This course is structured and presented in two ways. The first is with a series of 'online' video training sessions that students have unlimited access to prior, during and after the 'In-Person' training. The 'online' video training sessions have been designed to provide students with a greater level of training content that can be completed at the students own pace at home prior to the course in addition to the unlimited access after the course is complete so students can use the preparation work when they audition and secure acting work in the future. The second part of the course is one full day (9am to 7pm) of 'In-Person' training with Loren in a small class environment in which the students experience and learn from an 'on-set' environment as they apply what they have learned during the 'online' video training sessions. Students work in pairs on a script in addition to working in front of a film camera and learning how a film set runs and what is expected of an actor on a film or TV set. 

We will work with you to develop your acting craft and you will begin to learn the business of acting and how to successfully audition to land roles. You will learn where to find roles for Perth productions and how to get an acting agent. The 'On-Set' Film & TV Acting Course (Level 2) is an extension of our (Level 1) course and is structured to take students to the next level through more refined script work, character breakdowns, and exploration of how the actor can use his or her own experiences to help bring their characters to life. As always, this is done in a fun and creative way.
