Throughout our life-time we will be subject to many defining moments, some will be positive, but most tent to be negative. You can only change the way you think (your mindset) and the way you approach new opportunities and progress forward once you have identified and begun working through these defining moments. 

​The parallels between our own life and the lives of our characters (as an actor) are so fundamentally similar, that when an actor begins working on his or her own 'self', a shift in mindset takes place that allows for him or her to be a far greater actor.
