Within three (3) working days you will receive your confirmation pack for your nominated courses via email. Please check your spam (and or your 'Promotions' folder if you use gmail) as our confirmation packs and additional important information emails about your courses may end up there rather than in your main inbox. Please also take 2 minutes now to add both [email protected] and [email protected] to your email address book to reduce the chances of important course emails from us going into your spam folder. If your email service or program has the ability, add these two email addresses to a "whitelist", or set up rules that allow you to say "email from this sender should never be marked as spam". As you have requested on your application that we charge the card you used for a previous course, we will charge your credit / debit card on file within two (2) business days unless you have already made prior arraignments with us. The payment will appear on your statement as ATOMIC LIGHT ENTERPRISES PTY LTD. The payment amount will depend on what payment option you selected on your application. Please have a read of the details below that refers to your payment option:
Full Payment:
If you opted to pay for your Gold Package in full, you will see a single payment of $998 on your credit / debit card statement.
Standard Payment Plan:
If you opted to pay for your Gold Package on our standard payment plan, you will see your first payment (deposit) of $310. The balance of your fees will be split into two additional payments of $347 each and each payment will be automatically charged to the same card as the deposit one month apart, until the full course fees have been paid. You will not need to make a manual payment, as we will manage this on your behalf. Please make sure you make note of the dates your payments will be debited, as additional fees may apply for declined payments and overdue accounts as per our Terms Of Service. If you need a payment extension, please contact us. Payment Example: If you enrolled and paid your deposit on the 5th March, then your second payment will be processed on the 5th April, your third (final) payment will be processed on the 5th May.
Different Payment Plan:
If you opted to pay for your Gold Package on a different payment plan that we have already approved for you, you will not need to make manual payments, as we will manage this on your behalf. Please make sure you make note of the dates your payments will be debited, as additional fees may apply for declined payments and overdue accounts as per our Terms Of Service. If you need a payment extension, please contact us.
