1. Loose/Comfortable Clothing:
So that you can move during the warm up exercises and also the scripted work
2. Sensible shoes:I want you to consider wearing some sensible shoes that can be removed easily because some of our exercises do ask for some bare feet and
3. Avoid wearing Jewelry:
Finally, try to keep jewelry to a minimum for safety reasons and also make up to a minimum for comfort during different exercises.
