Let go of expectations. Having certain expectations put on yourself, can block your creativity and puts so much unnecessary pressure on you, keeping in mind that expectation and goals are not the same thing.
2.Seek No Approval:
Let go of the need for approval. You simply don’t need other people to approve where you are going, what you are doing or who you are. Be more confident in yourself and work towards the goals that you want, not the goals that others want for you.
3.Let Go Of The Past:
Finally, let go of the past. Your past can teach you so much about what you achieved, and maybe also what you didn’t and some of the valuable lessons in your life. But it doesn’t help you in the here and now. Don’t live in the past. I want you to be focused on living in the here, the now, the present and move forward into the future with your goals.
