In this FREE Online Acting Class we're going to look at how you can Pick Yourself Up And Move Forward after an audition or may be you've had a bad film or a stage play you are a part of which din't go as well as you planned it would.
Well, first of all:
Number one surround yourself with your close family and friends and especially your acting friends. That's so important.
I also want you to journal, I want you to write down your thoughts, feelings and the experiences that you just had and then I want you to start moving forward by setting a plan. Make a plan, bring it together, give it some small, medium and long term steps. Make them attainable and prepare yourself. Because you know what, it's all going to be okay.
